Why we built this
The official CARB Certified Tester list is thorough, but it can be hard to use when you just need to find a nearby shop fast. We created CTC Connection to turn that raw data into a clean, searchable directory — so diesel owners and fleet managers can find a Certified Tester in seconds, not minutes.
What we don’t do
- We are not CARB. We do not issue credentials or perform tests.
- We do not charge owners or fleets to search the directory.
- We do not sell test results or personal data.
